This is a strictly hard bean, extremely well-balanced coffee. We roast this coffee medium with nice nuanced hints of cocoa and sweet caramels. The finishing acidity is very smooth, with just a touch of lemon brightness. This cup is perfect for a drink-it-anytime of the day coffee. Juan Valdez would be proud to pack this on his burro!
