A very smooth cup of coffee, with large hints of cocoa and spice. We roast this cup a little darker than normal,to bring out all of the wonderful smokey attributes contained within this high mountain grown bean. This Costa Rican is grown on the volcanic hillsides north of San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. This is a very exclusive coffee, and was the best tasting coffee I found coming out Costa Rica at this time.
